Writing a compelling description, getting photos and 3D tour done, getting the print marketing ready, planning social media posts, creating your property’s website, scheduling open houses and more is a lot of work, but preparation is key to getting the most buyer eyes on your property right away!
I can get a home on the market in about two weeks if need be. And sometimes, it is in your best interest to rush if there are opportunities.
I will help you evaluate offers to determine the ones that are in your best interest. In the event there is opportunity to negotiate, I will put my win-win negotiating strategy to work, collaborating with all parties to find and end goal that meets your needs. My approach will depend on your wants and needs, the items we are negotiating about, and the market. In my experience, when both sides come together, both parties come out as winners.
